It’s already been called the “It” jean according to Apparel News. Move over skinny Jeans, The Boyfriend Jeans is making it’s triumphant return and boy(no pun intended) have we missed them. There have been numerous candid shots of Kylie Monuge, Gwen Stefani, Geri Harwell, and Keira Knightley wearing the bagging pants jean. The Boyfriend jean comes in many styles from rolled up to skinny deniem, you can’t go wrong.
Today I’ve picked out a couple of jeans that will not only save you cash, but also provide you comfort and style.
The first is the Blue London Jean ($69.50.) from Victoria’s Secret. The pants has a low rise, and wide fit. Great to wear if you’re in a hurry or lounging around the house. The Blue London Jean is available in sizes 0-16.
This jean is sure to provide comfort, the Levis 501 Boyfriend Jean ($168.00) from Free People, comes in sizes 25-32. One of the things I love about them is the vintage look.Remember you can still be comfortable and stylish at the same time, and when wearing the boyfriend jean a big mistake is pairing them with a baggy shirt.
I hope this will look good on me. But I don’t think this should be paired with boyfriend shirt. It would be too boyish and too large-y. So wear a boyfriend pants with a midriff or spaghetti straps or anything that hugs the body and wear the boyfriend shirt with a pair of short shorts or tights. Don’t forget the heels to even out the androgyny.
