And I love it! They’re so great and go with absolutely everything. As well as keeping you warm, of course. First up are the classic long scarves, such as American Apparel‘s Unisex Sheer Jersey Scarf. You can get them in essentially every color or pattern and they’ll probably never go out of style. They’re so easy to wear too, no complicated draping involved at all. Just wrap it a few times around your neck and you’re good to go. Next are the new square scarves. I’ve seen these in a lot of patterns, but mostly plaid houndstooth type patterns. They’re really popular with the younger crowd as well. Just fold them in half and wrap it once around neck. These are also great for just spicing up a simple outfit, like a plain white t-shirt, for when you’re feeling lower maintenance. The one shown is the Pop Color Lightweight Scarf from Abercrombie and Fitch. Then we have the trendy circle scarf, à la American Apparel. I haven’t seen these much but they’re definitely interesting, and really easy to figure it out. Just slip it on and you’re good to go. And lastly and the trendiest of all, the Hooded Scarf from Urban Outfitters. I haven’t seen anyone wear these and I’m not even sure if I could pull it off but it definitely looks cozy and easy to wear.

Forget designer scarves. Try Cambodia’s colorful, checkered scarves called krama. It’s cultural and it’s going to be unique as far as the West is concerned.
