With True Blood making a huge comeback on HBO and the new Twilight saga movie coming out soon, vampire chic is making a comeback and it is going to be very big! But there is a problem: it seems that to look the part of a vampire, you have to be overly daring and weird in what you wear.
TotallyMyStyle.com says that it is not so! You can still look like your favorite vampire without being too weird! Here is how:
1. Lighten your skin only two shades lighter than your normal skin tone. Use foundation and concealers that are two shade lighter than your skin tone. More than this, and you would look over powdered and very fake.
2. Visit your dentist and get your teeth whitened. If you have not noticed, all vampires have a great set of pearly whites!
3. Forget leather. While leather has been widely regarded as the vampire’s material of choice, you need to forego it. Today’s vampires go for softer, more feminine and sexier materials like lace, silk and even (GASP!) cotton. check out these threads for some inspiration:

No more leather!
4. Bite ‘em with colors. Understated and dull colors make a sure statement, go for flesh, old rose or gray. But classic goth favorites black and red surely comes to mind when you go for a vampiric look.

5. Make up. With the help of foundation brushes and kabuki brushes, make sure that you make your eyes appear wider by putting on black make up around your eyes. And any blood drinking vampire would have sultry red and full lips!
